My husband, Tim Willis, is a born cook. Whether it's a football game, a wedding, a school fundraiser, or a Tuesday, you're likely to find him smoking sheets full of various meats or chiffonading fresh basil to pair with homegrown tomatoes.
A long-held dream, Chibby Wibbitz is the organic, homemade creation of Tim's dharma (that's why the food is always delicious!). I joke that the truck is Tim in vehicle form.
Having now expanded to both a truck and the kitchen at Crimson & Gold Tavern, Chibby Wibbitz is truly a family enterprise! With me (Natalie) on the operations side of things and our older son and younger twins occasionally in the window (all of whom think they own both Crimson & Gold and the truck), our lives revolve around good food and feeding you. With hard work, love, & dharma, the whole family helps make it happen.
